So the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working hard to get my bikini body ready…kind of last minute. I’m heading to Phoenix, AZ with my best friend from college. I recently accepted a new job, so this will be a nice little vacation before starting my new adventure.
So, I’m heading out next week, and it kind of snuck up on me. I work out regularly, but I haven’t been in a swimsuit since last summer so I’m warming up to the idea of throwing on a bikini again.
I’ve been doing a variety of types of workouts to really boost my metabolism and burn my winter fat. Along with heavy weight lifting and cardio, I’ve thrown in some high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and fat-burning circuits.
This week, the WOTW will utilize kettlebells adding a bit of weight to your workouts. However, it will still be a HIIT workout because you should be taking very little breaks as possible and moving at a quick pace. Not only is this workout fat-burning, but the kettlebells will help tone.
Complete each exercise back-to-back with little rest. After 1 round, rest for 90 seconds and repeat 3-4 times.
What you’ll need: Kettlebell (you may need various weights)

Kettlebell Squats x 15
Around the Body Pass x 12 each direction
Kettlebell Swings x 15
Lung & Row w/ Kettlebell x 12 each side
Figure 8 x 10 each direction
Alternating Plank Rows w/ Kettlebell x 12 each side
Windmill x 10 each side
Kettlebwell Twists x 20
